The staff was friendly and helpful, and the hotel had a pool and gym.
The rooms were poorly soundproofed, so you could hear street noise all night and noise from the gym. the breakfast buffet was often cold and unappetizing.

Perfect location for embassy visits and shopping. Room was clean, had a comfortable bed and a well-equipped kitchenette. The staff was friendly and helpful.
The hotel is currently undergoing renovation, which made the hallways feel dark and creepy. Noise from nearby traffic can be heard at all hours of the day.

Located in the Surco district of the city, this hotel is conveniently placed right across the street from the embassy. the area is safe at night and has plenty of upscale restaurants, designer boutiques, and shops nearby. the rooms come with a TV, comfortable bed, and a kitchenette. the breakfast buffet includes freshly made juices, eggs, sausage, pancakes, and more.
The air conditioning system may need improvement, as one reviewer complained about its imprecise control.

Location couldn't be better, just across the street from the Embassy and in a good district with shops and restaurants nearby. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, even offering me a free early check-in and a cake for my birthday. The cleanliness of the room was impressive.

The luxurious amenities provided here make for an unforgettable experience. the in-room breakfast was delicious and the bar/lounge area was great to unwind in. Staff service was impeccable and they offered private facilities for added exclusivity. the location also has its advantages, with a nearby mall for shopping and a massage service on site.
The restaurant menu could have had more variety. the packed lunches were basic and not as elaborate as expected.
